The refurbishment of Washington House at Birchwood Park in Warrington focused on a complete upgrade of the building’s heating infrastructure through the decommissioning of the outdated boiler system and the creation of a temporary roof platform to facilitate its removal and the installation of new equipment. A modern Hamworthy boiler was installed alongside a Building Management System to enhance energy efficiency and operational control within the boiler room.
